Hart on Main is a vibrant new mixed-use development coming to downtown Bentonville. Led by Runway Group, Blue Crane, and Riverside, this multi-year project will span more than two city blocks and break ground in summer 2026. Designed to bring people together, Hart on Main will feature apartments, condos, office space, and ground-floor shops, dining, and local businesses, along with new public spaces that strengthen connections to Crystal Bridges, the Razorback Greenway, the All-American Trail, and the surrounding community.
Future of Bentonville Healthcare Campus | 30 Year Plan
This refers to the 100 Acre, 700 Million + project that connects Whole health Institute, Alice Walton School of Medicine, and now a full scale medical campus. This project is part of a 30 year plan with multiple medical buildings.
